The Return and Refund Policy at Shinrin BD is designed to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Shinrin BD within 2-3 days of receiving the product, providing photographic and video evidence. Our customer service team will carefully consider the conditions and respond with information regarding the return details

Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate the refund process which typically takes 7-10 business days. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

The return and refund policy will not be applicable in the following cases. Please read them carefully:

  1. Items that have been used (opened or with a broken seal).
  2. After purchasing, if the client changes their mind or does not like any of the product's aspects (scent, texture, color, design, etc.) as well as it does not suit you. Therefore, we kindly request that you read the product specifications carefully before confirming your order.
  3. Finally, if you do not contact the Shinrin BD office within 2-3 days after receiving the product.
